Once purchased, star packages immediately open, meaning that two tokens and a breed changer are added to your inventory, not an item called a "Star Package". For this reason, Star Packages can only be purchased from site shops (when available). They go on sale in the Token Shop once a year on Divine Day, which is July 4th. They are manually put for sale by Estuko and vary on release time, possibly being released any time between July 3rd and July 5th and only being on sale for 24-48 hours after being placed into the shop. They are limited to two per person and are not able to be used until after the sale has ended.
