Trades

From The Wajas Wiki

Wajas offers a trade system through which users can trade their items for the items of other users. Wajas cannot be traded in this way; instead, you should utilize the "Waja Trading" board on the forums if you wish to trade wajas.

Starting a Trade

If you wish to create your own trade, first click on "Home" and then on "Your Trades". Enter a title for your new trade in the text box labeled “Tag” and click the "Create" button. This will then appear in your "Pending Trades". Now you must go to your inventory and click on the item you wish to place in your trade. Select the "Trade" option, and then select the quantity of items you wish to trade, as well as the trade you want to put the item(s) into from the dropdown menus. When you have filled your trade with all the items you wish to trade, return to "Your Trades", and click the "Update" button, and add the item(s) you want in return for the item(s) you are offering. Click submit to finalize your trade and make it available for other users to accept.

To remove an item from a trade, simply click the X in the upper right corner of the item's thumbnail in the trade. After a trade has been started, it can be "un-started" by clicking "updated" and then click the "Not Yet" circle next to "Start Trade:" and click "Submit". This will return the trade to the Pending section.

To cancel a trade entirely, simply click "Cancel" next to the trade.

Accepting a Trade

The "Trade Search" can be found under "World". Use the available menus to select the item you're looking for and the item you're willing to trade (you can also leave one or both of these blank). Press "Go" to be taken to a list of active trades involving the items you specified (if no results are found, that means no trades like that currently exist). Each trade will show the title of the trade, the username of the user offering the trade, the items they're offering, and the items they want in return.

Browse the trades until you find one that is acceptable to you. Once you've found a trade you'd like to accept, click the "Preview" button on that trade and then click "Yes" when it asks "Do you want to make this trade?". Remember, you must have all the "Items Wanted in Return" in your inventory, or else the trade cannot be accepted.

Trading Tips

  • The smaller your trade, the more likely you are to find someone who will want to accept it.
  • Do a little research to make sure the items you are offering are similar in value to the items you want in return; in other words, make it a fair trade! No one is going to give you a Token for your rock or Love Pear.
